So, who's selling the collector's edition? There isn't one listed on Amazon or Gamestop. If there's any place that would have a collector's edition, it would be Gamestop.SirBryghtside said:PFFFFT, this is just for all the losers who want to feel good about themselves despite not shelling out £70 for the CE![]()
Tom Goldman said:The map included in every copy of Skyrim is a "regular paper map," and probably comes folded up, bearing the fold marks associated with folding. When you're running from a dragon, you don't want to get confused about if a mark on your map is a fold mark or a river. It could lead to certain doom.
The premium map is made of a high-grade material that Bethesda calls "similar to burlap." You can probably roll it up like a scroll and never have to worry about any of those previously mentioned fold marks. An image of the map makes it out to be approximately the size of 8 DVD cases lined up 2 high and 4 wide.
Yeah, my face when I purchased Fallout: New Vegas from Game Stop, and then was denied access because we were already well over the monthly bandwidth limit for the month. I raged pretty hard, because I essentially had to pay for the game twice. (okay, okay, I know that 8 or so gigs really isn't that expensive, even with a bad plan, but still)thenumberthirteen said:Though most games I've bought allow/require you to download the Steam version anyway.
