What the hell do they expect when they charge sooooooo much for the basic foods, £1.45 for lettuce £3.50 for a pizza, and all l ever see in marks and spencers are old people, no wonder they cant afford they gas bills

Marks&Spencer is a very middle class supermarket, so now that the credit crunch is taking effect, the middle classes are lowering their standards, depriving Marks & Spencer of their primary consumer base.

An odd thing about the M&S in Leeds Train Station and another one I popped into on a motorway service station is that you can't buy branded food. I'm curious why they even do that as I'm not a fan of the cola they sell.
