Being that I wasn't a tremendous fan of Okami, and being that she's most likely going to be a pain in the ass to fight, I'm not very excited about this. I'm not very excited about Thor, either. The golden age of comic books had long since passed when I was a kid, so I don't have a fondness of the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, etc. that others have.
I do like Deadpool, though. And seeing Trish in action cemented her a spot in one of my teams. I say "one" because I'm guessing more and more characters will show up with whom I must become skilled. And because I'm a hardcore ************ and that's how I roll.
Still, this addition makes many people happy, so I guess it's good to see Capcom satisfying fan requests.

At first I had a little trouble deciding to get MvC3, but now I believe it's inevitable. Ammy has some ass to kick, and it seems multiple weapons will help her do so.

Agreed 100%. If they bring back Cable, it'll take someone VERY awesome to bump him out of my main three choices. So far with confirmed characters, I'm going Iron Man, Amaterasu, and I'd have to experiment with some of the other characters for my third slot, barring another awesome announcement like this one.NameIsRobertPaulson said:

I think they kept Joe since he was in TvC and they put in Ammy because of Okamiden coming soon. I think one of the interviews said they were aiming for more current franchises which is why people like Strider and Jin got cut, and since God Hand sold so poorly they might not put him in.
Although i still hope for him to be in, i dont see it as likely.
