Hey everybody, is there any news on if there will be a retail release of ME2 that will include all of that DLC for Xbox360 owners? I know that obviously a great deal of the DLC was packaged with the PS3 release, but obviously that doesn't pertain to me.

So yeah, any news on this, Escapists? Furthermore, am I the only one that really enjoyed ME2, but has been waiting (in vain, mind you) for a retail re-release with all the DLC? Part of it is the collectors side of me, and the other fact is that I'd appreciate all of that data on a disc, instead of further bogging down my minuscule hard drive.

I'd welcome something like this as I don't have Xbox Live access at the moment. Bioware should do something like Gearbox did with the Borderlands GOTY edition where all the DLC was put on a second disc.

Funny that you mention that, I picked up Borderlands GOTY just a few days back, and it's probably what got me thinking about ME2. Pretty much a steal at $20, too...especially when a lot of people paid twice that for the DLC content alone.

Seriously though, Bioware did this with the first one (though I think it only included some bonus content from the Collector's Edition, as well as Bring Down the Sky) and Bethesda did the same thing with Fallout 3. I fear though, considering that it's been roughly a year and a few months since ME2 launched, that if we were going to see this, we'd already have.

Now would be nice though, Bioware. Especially since you've confirmed that Arrival was the last DLC for ME2.

Yeah that Borderlands GOTY edition was indeed a steal! I picked it up for $30 at EB.

I think Bioware may do something like this shortly before Mass Effect 3 comes out so they can reap the tsunami of cash that would be headed their way. Makes sense too as Arrival is part of the "bridging DLC" between ME2 and ME3. Although I already own a copy of ME2, I'd buy a full copy of it again if it came with another disc with all of the DLC. That would make it a mighty 3 disc pack on the 360 though.
