I'm looking forward to this. Of course I'd prefer it to be free, but it does look like it will be fun, and it would be nice to have another bad-ass to go along with my Adept Renegade Shepard..

Just go to the BioWare forums Lemon, the moderators and developers practically tease DLC releases. Plus the community like to talk about DLC and complain, and make threads about Tali.
Played through it last night. There's about 1 hour of playtime in this and there's no real "recruit" mission, much like with Zeed. You get a new SMG during the mission that seems to work well, and at least if you're a girl you get a nice dress to use in the Normandy. Other than that, this DLC is somewhat lacking for $7. $5 would have probably been a more appropriate price given how short the mission is and how little added equipment you get. I can't speak to her as a character on regular missions, but basically so far I am not that impressed.
Just finished playing through it. No its not free, no she's not fleshed out (another Zaeed, but still not as bad). IE, she has no 'direct' dialogue between Shepard & herself (recruitment speech aside).
BUT, do not dispair all that much. Her loyalty mission is really really fun. (One of my new favourites). & the room she is in (Starboard Observatory on Normandy) has A BAR!! (stupid, I know, but it really adds a pimp feel to the Normandy)
& she's hot (physically, emotionally & just in a cool way). She has some real bad-ass moves. (A pretty much instant-kill, flashbags & overload).
Meh, for a few hundred BW points, totally worth it (IMO). Just adds a few more fun minutes into an already fun-packed game.
No, not an essential download, but if you have points to spare/don't care about price, she's a cool addition to your team
