If anything, I'd like Left 4 Dead (2)'s custom campaigns on the 360. I have a PS3/360/Wii, so I don't need any exclusives to jump over.

yes... welcome to the new escapist layout. honestly.. it's crap. I never noticed bots before we got given this captcha crap, and nothing's really changed.

Main reason you haven't seen much is because mods completely delete any spam threads. There's no evidence it ever existed beside a "This page cannot be found" message.\

Yeah it makes me mad too.

I don't have a PS3. Give. Me. Disgaea 3. NOW.
Why? 4's already on it's way and it looks awesome!
I know but I only have a 360/PC. Honestly, if Nippon Ichi keeps releasing PS3 exclusives they are going to force me to hand over 300$ for another system. (I already have a 360,PC,PSP,DS. I'm not made of money NIS!)

I would like to see Heavy Rain on a 360, all this talk about it has gotten me really curious.
Unless you like QTEs, you're not missing much.
I still haven't finished ME1. I'll probably rent ME2 for the ps3 when I'm done with 1. If it's really as good as everyone says, I'll get it for the pc.

Blaming Microsoft for this...How?

I'd love to see "The Witcher" on consoles.

I'd even be willing to use a clunky, shitty controller interface!
Because I see Microsoft's money-grubbing fingerprints all over this decision. It's in MS' best interests to deny gamers PC games - because every console sold means extra money for them from every game bought for that console.

An alternative analysis may be that Rockstar didn't get enough sales from the PC version of GTA4, and has therefore decided that PC games don't sell - disregarding the poor press/word-of-mouth, high system requirements/bugginess, and half-a-year-lateness of the PC port that all doubtless contributed immensely to its overall lack of sales. But I'd be very surprised indeed if Microsoft wasn't at least partly responsible for the lack of porting that has occurred.
But MS has nothing to do with Red Dead. Not as publisher, developer, or anything.

You might as well blame Charlie Sheen.

I'd like to see a bunch more PS2 games get that HD treatment. My original PS3 went to the big scrap pile in the sky so now I have to borrow my dad's - yes, you heard that right - PS2 if I want to play some of those older gems.
Did you play HD God of War 1 and 2 by any chance? When I finally get my PS3 I can't wait to try them, they were my favorite games of the PS2 era!

Long time no see, BTW!

Sometimes you come out with these quotes that just make me want to get on a plane to America and give you a high five.

I have a PS3 and a 360 but I'd enjoy it if LittleBigPlanet came to Microsoft's console as well. That way my friend, who enjoys LBP, could play and create levels with it too.

And for a more selfish reason, he could help me get those damn group item thingies. And trading level ideas is always fun.

If you think ME2 is good, you should pick up ME1. PS3 users got shafted with the inferior sequel. Don't get me wrong - It's a great, great game, and I'm glad more people are able to experience it - But ME1 was a more engaging story and more in-depth gameplay.
Blame Microsoft for them not being able to enjoy the first game. And while I agree about the story being a bit better in the first game, I found the combat far more enjoyable in the sequel. The combat in ME1 is the only reason I find it hard to play through that game again, I just didn't like it too much. And this is coming from a person who favors RPGs over shooters.

Other than that, probably the Uncharted series on PC would be nice.
Oh yea RDR isn't on the PC
By the way do you know if LA noire is going to be on the PC?

OP: Me no have PS3. But me want Little Big Planet 1/2 NOW!
It's not. You don't need three guesses to figure out who's behind that decision...
Yeah, Rockstar.
Rockstar has done poorly on PC so they dont even bother anymore.
La Noire and RDR have nothing to do with Microsoft. It's all Rockstar.

You realize if Microsoft had it's way, it would also be released on PCs since they would profit from both, right?

Im sorry but for PS3 gamers ME2 coming to PS3 with or without ME1 first would have been better than having to buy a 360 just to get some backstory.

Not to say i havent played the 360 versions. Social activities do have advantages, so ill sum up what i think was better/worse in ME2.

For better...
Combat is the obvious one. Weapons and armor were simplified massively and removal of scope sway is a step away from realism. Which is a good thing.

Vehicle sections in general. Lets face it, that damned Mako left alot to be disired for an exploration rover. The Hammerhead was better at everything and I hope Bioware puts it in ME3. Although only available as DLC on the 360 version, DLC's included on the PS3 version.

Abuse of the Uncanny Valley [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/UncannyValley] for the final boss fight. Seriously ive played Dead Space and nothing in there creeped me out more than that... thing did. Spoiler friendly even though everyone here knows what im talking about.

And for worse...
Storytelling was mostly overshadowed by all the action scenes.

Noticable 'jumps' in the cutscene film as the game switches from the main sequence to the cutscene you deserve by how you played the game or upgraded the Normandy.

I mentioned Uncanny Valley above, well now im doing it again. Characters are beginning to violate it with thier tuned up artwork in the PS3 version. Im sure Bioware will crack it by the time ME3 hits the shelves though.

If you asked me this question before Christmas, it would've been "The Twilight Princess". But since I, unexpectedly, got a wii for christmas, there isn't really anything thing that I am missing out on.

I play gaming on everything so I am never left out in terms of exclusives

As for some games going from exclusive to multiplatform tho I will always play them on there orginal console

Example I refuse to play MGS Rising on 360 but will love to on PS3, when ME3 comes out I will only play it on 360 I refuse to play it on PS3 if it comes out on it

One thing I do hate tho in terms of exclusiveness is EXCLUSIVE DLC it needs to stop

Honestly, I just want Persona 4 on the PS3. It was released a year or two after the PS3 hit the market and they kept with the old format, sure back then it didn't matter, but my slim says otherwise.

I don't blame anyone. Business is business. If PS3 owners want to experience ME1, go play it on 360 or PC.

The combat is actually BETTER in ME1 in my opinion, at least from a tactical standpoint. Combining biotics and tech to give yourself an advantage or pull enemies out of cover etc. was much more appealing than making all biotics and tech powers little more than an ability to make the enemy stumble and lose a portion of shield.

Microsoft, the supposed proprietor of the PC platform, hasn't published anything on PCs since 2007. And their supposed "return to PC" consists of several casual-oriented remakes/spinoffs of existing franchises - obviously marketed towards the Facebook group first. Indeed, Microsoft makes no money off a PC game sale unless the game in question uses their horrid GFWL service (which is why, I suspect, so many games use it), so it is in their best interests to keep games on the Xbox 360. I can see the logic in Microsoft signing a deal with R* not for exclusivity (probably 'cause R* won't bite on a single-platform limitation) but to keep the game off the less-profitable platform in hopes of selling more Xboxes and making more system licence fees.
I don't know, of course - granted, R* hasn't exactly done well on the PC recently (something that might be due to having released a buggy, ill-optimized port on the PC for full price six months down the road) - but I doubt Microsoft is innocent here.

On topic: I'd love to see Stacking and Costume Quest on PC, but apparently Schafer's publisher wants them to stay away.
