1 - Okay, so I lied when I called it a rant. Or maybe it's just irrelevant? Pointing out what in ones opinion are flaws aren't ranting. And putting you down after your schmuck-thread isn't ranting either.

2 - People responded, so yeah... Again you're not hurting me with your infantile remarks. I seriously doubt you'd have the wits to accomplish that.

3 - Oh forgive me for not understanding that you suddenly talked about something entirely different without mentioning it. Yes, that is called sarcasm. You should really think twice about your wording if you intend to communicate with other human beings. Choosing to use the word "skip" about to entirely different objects is not the best choice...
And no I'm pretty confident that the only one coming of as an idiot in this thread is you. And again, not mad... You can read the edited first post again and see why. I can't get angry at something I pity :)
1.) Thank you for admitting you're a liar. Oh and don't try to redefine ranting as something that you want it to mean. "Rant: To speak or write in an angry or violent manner." i.e. See all your posts.

2.) Oh yeah you got one helluva response there - made it all the way to page 2! You get a badge for writing a rant! CONGRATUFUCKINGLATIONS.

3.) You are forgiven, after all it would be sad to pick on an illiterate. I see you edited your first post. And of course you're so cowardly that you deleted your original writing because you're so ashamed of it. I'm glad we both agree your posts need to be erased.

No. You can make a completely new game, and still have all the resources. I believe the way it works is that as long as you have the achievement for beating the game, each successive new game will start with the resources I mentioned previously and have a 25% XP boost. I'm not 100% sure if the achievement requires Shepard to survive or not though.
I wasn't concerned about the whole resource thing, just if multiple playthroughs are possible if your character died the first time around.

In that case, I have no idea. Every time I've played through, I've had every upgrade and every squadmate loyal.

Bioware made the first Mass Effect.
Bioware got bought by EA.
Bioware and EA released Mass Effect 2.

It's not that hard to see where the conclusion that the bad new stuff is EA's fault is coming from, is it?
And by the same logic, it would be correct to assume that the vast majority of things that are improved are due to EA as well? I doubt that.

To get every upgrade, I imagine you'd need about 150k of the common resources and maybe 50k of Element Zero. I just put on a movie and went a-scanning for a couple of hours, and never had to worry about it again. If you don't have a second screen or you can't run ME2 in a window, you could also grab a podcast or something, I dunno. But it's better just to get it done and over with.

Also! I believe it's Thane who has an upgrade to your probes' storage capacity. Get this as soon as you possibly can.

I did not see a single improvement so far.
And yes, I blame EA for that.

Okay, it's fine that you don't share my opinion that Bioware improved every aspect of the game, save the scanning, and that ME2 is transcendentally good and I cannot for the life of me stop playing, because it's just my opinion. So that's fine.
Although I do agree that EA deserves any and all ire they provoke.

Red's a troll, man. Don't feed the trolls.
Hope the rest of your ME2 playthrough is enjoyable.

A good planet will still give you plenty of high spikes. I had one planet rated as good give me 5 high spikes. though I always seem to have a problem finding eezo.

2nd time around and any beyond that, you start with 50k of each source. Also, imported characters get bonuses.
