Was considering getting Mass Effect 2 for PS3 and was just wondering if the DLC that's included with the PS3 edition is on the disc or if it's all a code. Also does the PS3 version have an online pass because I might get it used.

I think its mostly downloadable. I would recommend getting it new because if you want all the extras is $15 and you can get the game from Amazon, new, for like $20. Thats what I did and I got the game the next day in the mail. For new you Overload, Firewalker, Lair of the Shadow broker and special armor and weapons. The only things you don't get is extra weapon packs and the extra appearances and Arrival.
I think the dlc comes as codes, its a kind of dick move by EA just so they can stop the preowned sales. So yeah it would be best to get it new. But anyway enjoy mass effect, its a really good game and for the ps3 version there is this awesome interactive comic which tell the story of the first one.DanielNicholl said:
The DLC with the mercenary team member needs a code, ascension (EDIT: or arrival) has to be bought like any other DLC, everything else is on the disc.
