I sure hope I won't be lobbing singularities at my friends, mostly due to the fact that it's a cooperative multiplayer.Hevva said:Players who don't have one of the passes will have to wait until the 17th of the month to start lobbing singularities at their friends.
So true. I'm going to have to tell my boyfriend that we may have to do a Valentine's Day breakfast as the demo downloads, and then I'll just be busy for the rest of the day. And the next day probably.Jandau said:Is Bioware TRYING to get every gamer dumped by their significant other?
"What was that honey? Valentine's? I can't hear you over how awesome Garrus is being! And look, it's Tali! She's hot! Don't you think she's hot? Honey? Where did you go?"
Heh, I was referring to the very first part of the opening sequence, where Shepard's roaming around the fiery remains of the Normandy. I still remember the "Shepardshepardshepard seriously space is right there" scene perfectly - for me, that's epic. The subsequent robots weren't quite so cool, no, but a wrecked spaceship and the first glimpse of an enemy force that looks too powerful to ever be beaten...that's a setup.itchcrotch said:it's predecessor? what are you talking about? why does mass effect 2's opening get so much praise? it was good, sure. but it sure as hell wasn't epic. walking around a mostly empty, sterile laboratory shooting back at skinny robots that may as well be in wheel chairs... that's not epic...
don't get me wrong, mass effect 3's opening DOES look epic;D it's nice to see that between mass effect 2 and 3 bioware actually took the time to look up "epic" in the dictionary.
