Mass effect 3 Galaxy at War map bug?

Anyone else experiencing a problem with ME 3's Galaxy at War map? Every time my brother tries to look at his Galactic Readiness level, the map has a "Unable to connect with server" over it. But when I use my own system, it works fine. We live in the same house, and we both used separate Online pass keys. Please help, I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out why his won't work.

I dunno I have the same thing. I usually just go by the one on the main menu, or the list when you check the Galactic Readiness map.

What's your platform? Might be able to get some conversation with people having the same issue.

Xbox 360, and it's not just the map not working, he can't raise his readiness level at all, either.

i have the exact same problem , the way to get it to work i believe is to go to the bioware social network and sign up there, but I've been trying that non-stop and still won't work
