When it gets released, it gets released, don't worry about it and you'll be happier. I feel drunk.

Obisidian's problem with KotOR 2 wasn't that the game came out so soon after 1, but that when they saw they couldn't finish the game properly in time they didn't have the power to extend the deadline. BioWare does have that level of control (or at least did with this one), and they've proved willing to push things back to insure quality. Either they'll do that this time as well, or if they do release it relatively quicker, it will only be because they're sure it's ready. Or because EA will have finished completely sucking out their soul.

From an interview I read somewhere, I think IGN with Casey Hudson, he said the time between ME2 & ME3 will be roughly exactly that between ME1 & ME2.

So there is little to worry about. BioWare has a habit of making each sequel better than the previous ones. You saw what they did to ME2 in the time it took, so now just imagine that for ME3.
BioWare is one of the few companies out there that believe in what they make- they want quality just as much as we do, and so they'll be prepared to delay as long as needed to make Mass Effect perfect.

Just a test- I'm new to this

Hopefully, they started on ME3 right after ME2 was finished. Or, at least the story.
But I dunno. I do hope they improve enough in the short time they've got.

Bioware is Bioware, it'll be good. Am I the only one who prefered ME1 over ME2? both great though.

Mass Effect was released in November of 2007.
He's right. I mistook the PC date as the actual date it was released, I forgot about the delay between the two versions. My bad.

But a late 2012, early 2013 release still gives it at a greater development time than the second game anyway.

I don't know for sure when the game is coming out, I heard that Bioware had decided that a three year cycle was too long to wait and that hence during development of Mass Effect 2 they were coming up with ideas for 3 as well.
All I can say is I can't wait, my entire team lived through the suicide mission and I remained faithful to the old love interest for the sake of plot.
So really there's so many unfinished questions that need answers and I can't wait to see how they get answered.
