I haven't lost anyone except Kaiden, so Im gonna be rocking with Garrus and Ashley just like ME1.
I am so glad to see that Wrex is back. Gonna be using him and Tali has been a staple for me since the original mass effect.

Honestly, I prefer the squads in Dragon Age, because you'll get unique remarks, and even have conversations, with specific squad members on specific missions. It means that you put some thought into who you're bringing on a mission outside how good they are in a fight. In Mass Effect, they throw out the odd line or two, but you don't ever really get unique, on-mission dialogue outside throw-away lines and personal missions.
Even so, I'll probably choose my crew depending on whether they care about the mission at hand. If not, then Garrus and Liara are probably my draft picks - Garrus has an AR and abilities that can take down shield, armor and barrier, and Liara can just shell them with biotics.

Tali and Liara or Ashley and Tali. Depending on which class I choose really. I like how they've made it to where you really have to balance your Squad now and you cant just shoot your way through every obstacle anymore.
In ME1, my soldier Shep was rolling with Liara and Tali- the game held nothing that we couldn't take on.
I'm looking forward to continuing that partnership of AWESOME in ME3.
I killed off Zaeed on the Suicide Mission because I decided to save the factory workers intead of going after Vido- and I could see him looking for vengeance against me- or my love interest, Tali- in ME3. Good riddance, you crusty old bastard.

Everyone is alive in my playthrough (except Ashley) so im gonna rock it with Garrus and possibly the new guy Vega because I quite open to new characters also because you cant have Legion as a squadmate (cant wait to see him again though, he my favourite character even if he is just 1000 geth programs). But if Vega does turn out to be a generic Jersey Shore cast member then off with his head.

Garrus and Wrex was my stable for most of mass effect 1, after that for mass effect 2 it was Garrus and a biotic, either jack or miranda or Samara.
I imagine in Mass Effect 3 it'll be Garrus and someone else (If Wrex isn't chooseable)
Good aul Garrus, didn't know how much the guy meant to me till i met him in mass effect 2, and damn the smile on my face didn't go away for a long long time.

No one died on my team except for Ashley (A fatality I do not regret in the slightest). My ME1 team was Garrus and Wrex all the way, and in ME2 it was Garrus and Legion (Goodness I hope that adorable piece of tech returns in ME3, on my side that is). In ME3, who knows? Garrus most likely, and someone other than Vega and Kaidan.
