Same here, I just cant go full Renegade with any of my Sheps, I always end up Paragon with mild sprinklings of Renegade.

Truth be told: I only have the one Renegade that I had mentioned, everyone else is varying degrees of Paragon because----

Really I find it very difficult to will myself to play full 100% Renegade...mostly because, unlike in Knights of the Old Republic where you can easily put yourself in the shoes of an almost comically evil Sith, in ME you're a straight up human, and most Renegade options aren't evil, they just make Shepard seem like a total dick. But, for the sake of experiencing everything the ME games have to offer, I've held my nose and picked straight Renegade for one character...he's quite literally the black sheep of my Shepard "family".
