That was fairly awesome, actually. Between this, Marauder Shields and the endings Mass Effect is starting to rival Portal as a comedy goldmine.

Seems legit!

Better than the amazing technicolour ending the game had.

Also: Giant Space Vampires being defeated with the Power of Rock and Roll was actually the plot of Macross 7.

You know what's utterly depressing?

"Defeating the Reapers with the power of Rock 'n Roll" would've made for a better ending of ME3 than the current bullshit.

I know. Shepard could've thrown himself into the central beam but instead of him disintegrating, we're treated to slowly rising Power Rock, we realize there's actually a Deus Ex Machina weapon lying in wait at the bottom of that shaft, and Shepard emerges from it wielding this superweapon, which would happen to look like the Space Opera version of a Gibson Flying V.

And the Reapers died from rocking too hard.

It was EPIC.
