Just adding something: the Omega DLC for ME3, on top of being a bit bland, gets you A LOT of XP. Like 4-5 levels worth of it. Given the low level cap of the game (and the fact you can and probably will start it at lv 30), it's quite possibly that it'll make you hit the cap. I don't know how much important that might be to you, but it *might* negatively affect your experience if the thrill of leveling up is one of the things you look for in the game. Alternatively, if you're really bent on getting it (I don't recommend) you might want to do the mission later in the game, when you're close to hitting the cap anyway.

Citadel is kind of an optional fun way to meet all the companions from all the previous games again in ME3 and say goodbye as you approach the ending of the trilogy.

In story terms Leviathan is far mroe important imo, it explains a lot about the lore of the universe.

For ME2, consider Lair of the Shadow Broker because it just offers a whole lot; and Arrival because if ties into the start of ME3.

ME1 doesn't really have any super-essential DLC story-wise imo.
