Mass Effect Universe Discussion Thread/Questions(Pre-ending)

I had a question about mass effect, I have played the games but i havent really delved into the extended universe. I was hoping someone could help me answer this question. I was wondering, are there such things as biotic pilots? You usually see the biotics in the game on the ground with the grunts, but I was wondering if a biotic could later go to flight school.

They can, but they usually don't. I guess.

Certainly. As Asari naturally have biotic abilities, any Asari pilot is by definition a biotic pilot, whether or not they've actually trained their biotic talent is another issue, however.

I was thinking along the lines of a human biotic pilot. Though from what I read it would be probably a bit farfetched but not impossible

I'm sure there COULD be human Biotic pilots, but I'm not really sure what the benefit would be. Considering the time and effort it takes to develop a human biotic, it would be kind of a waste to put them anywhere but on the ground fighting.
