Massive Spoiler in the Gears of War 3 Trailer?

I stayed up last night to watch the Gears 3 trailer premiere on Fallon, only to sleep through it. When I woke up this morning, I caught it online, and noticed something kind of huge.

Where was Dom?

I watched it a few more times and the only people in the circle were Marcus, Baird, Cole, the girl, and the older guy they saved. There are only five people shown. I hope that isn't the case.

What do you guys think?

Depression... or the fact that their last city was just destroyed, humanity is on the brink of extinction and razors are not high on the equipment list...

From a first look I thought it was marcus' father as he has been noted in the previous games, and the fact that when dom found his wife in 2 all he wanted to do is kill and nothing is linking to depression at the moment. But then again its a pre rendered annoucement trailer so anything can happen
