On the one hand, there's the matter of how strange it would seem to have 10 Trainers all traveling as a single group, on the other hand there's the matter of how many people want to play, and how more characters equals more posters equals more story depth(potentially)... Hair Color: Light golden blonde. Her hair is frequently kept in a high ponytail, the point of which reaches down to her shoulder blades.
Eye Color: Bright emerald.
Appearance: Elena has a sort of pixie-ish appearance, due to her thin frame and short height. This in no way means she is not physically strong- in fact, this is rather deceptive, as she is more than capable of handling herself around large Pokemon. Keeping in that same appearance, her face features a small and pointed chin, with slightly thin lips and a very straight nose. Her hands and feet are also rather petite, though calloused from hard work. She also has what seems to be a permanent tan from being outside so often, and her face is dotted with light freckles across her nose and cheeks.
She frequently wears a dark pink tank top, and a pair of tight-fitted and fraying black jeans held by a thick white belt. She keeps also a white hooded sweatshirt stored in her bag for cold nights. White running shoes are her preferred type of footwear, though they have long been dirtied and scuffed from use. A silver locket sits on a short chain around her neck, which also seems aged and a little worse for wear.
Personality: The word most often used to describe Elena is 'confident'. Despite her small stature, she has no problem approaching large Pokemon- this is likely because she has been raised around them. Being the only girl in a family of sons, she often acts in a way as if to prove her ability to others, and can be a little brash in making her decisions as a result. She has no problem confronting another about an issue, and more than once she has been in a fight with a boy... and won. Despite her often boyish approach, she has a secretive girl-side, which she seems ashamed of. Among this girly side, she can be soft-spoken and rather very caring- though she tends to only ever show this side when she is alone, tending to the Pokemon.
Talents: Elena can, oddly enough, stare down a Pokemon and win, whether wild or tame. On more than one occasion she has managed to look a panicked or charging Pokemon in the eye and cause them to calm and obey. Having spent a life on a farm around beasts many times her size, her bold and commanding nature seems to give her an aura of 'alpha female'.
First Pokemon: Tauros named Minos. Elena has had this Tauros since he was a calf, nine years ago. She has managed to form an almost unbreakable bond with this Pokemon, and while she usually acts as the dominating one in a relationship, they meet each other eye to eye. He is extremely protective, and has a short temper with strangers.
Inventory: $470, cross-shoulder bag with numerous supplies (including potions, a map, a compass, etc.), sleeping bag, rope, pictures (family portrait, mother's photo), Minos' whistle.

Talents: A great sense of stealth from being a hunter, as well as a crack shot with a rifle and pistol.
Inventory: $300 cash, his rifle and his knife, which was given to him by his father, before he left for Sinnoh on a hunting expedition and was gored by a Bastiodon

First Pokemon: He met a male Ralts out side Saffron on his 16 birthday, it was seriously hurt from a battle. he then took it back home to have his mother heal it being a Ralts expert. Soon the Ralts was healed and Brandon found his birthday present and like a twist of fate it was a female Ralts his mom had raised from an egg her Gardevoir had. Soon after he set out on his journey.
