Max Payne 3 PC Problems

i reinstalled it, but it's still crashing in the 1st cutscene help me please!!!

I have the same problem, when i pick up a gun or use the bullet time he becomes crazy, please help :S

For Windows 8 and story graphics screen freezes, try enabling the 3.5 version of .NET. For hints see "Installing the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8" at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh506443.aspx
