And yes - it'll also happen in... March next year? It's a twice yearly thing but I've no idea if the October con is busier.

Wow, that sounds like a really good price. I'd have to take about 5 times that for shopping stuff though.

And I'll probably try and go to the October one, as I've got exams and stuff that I should be preparing for in March.

I more than suggest it, there is some awesome stuff you'd have to really look for anywhere else so it's best to come prepared.

I was a Wastelander with a Pip-Boy made from a Game Boy and duct tape.

hang on... where the one defending the red flag when it was finaly smashed into the ground?!

Ot: yer i went. I got a an early ticket so was able to go in on the friday... and then didn't need to queue at all for the rest of the weekend.

Was my first ever expo and loved every minuet of it.

On the friday i walked around in steampunk, on the saturday i walked around in civilan cloths with a bowler hat on. And on the sunday I did an amazing white rabbit cosplay... not as good as my DP though.

Do u see the picknick that happened on the... saturday. I was the guy in the starwars tshirt and bowler hat trying to get the R.E.D Flag to stay in the ground!

I didn't as I live in Australia, but a guy in a cosplay group I belong to (found here) went as an eversor assassin from 40K.

Edit: This thread made me realize I should've started a thread after I went to Supanova earlier this year...well better late than never, any Aussies go to Supanova earlier this year? If you saw some guy in a grey hoodie (or homestarrunner t-shirt depending on the time) walking around with a camera that was me.

I don't think so. Mainly because I don't know those characters >.<

Ahh, Vocaloid.. They looked rather yummy so I got alot of unwanted attention to be fair -.-

They had Blue and Pink long wigs on respectively, not hard to miss ;D, let me know if ya have any pictures of them, I'm sure they'd be happy to see them

Heh, it was great fun. My friend was a bit of a dick to those we walked past in the queue to get in. He rickroll'd them with his iPhone. It was hilarious hearing the reactions.

Well I would of been the fairly emo kid pottering around with them.
I also found that making out with someone who is in cosplay is apparently code for EVERYONE to take pictures of you, completely ruining the moment. -.-

Yay I met someone from here! You going again next Expo? I've already got my costume in the planning stages. I'm going to be my New Vegas Character with the Ranger Veteran Armour.
