Any type of sandwich that has roast pork done in any style. I also like cheesesteaks, a sandwich called a dubris, but my favorite would be the Muffaletta done the traditional New Orleans way.

Cheese and Branston. Nothing else works other than Branston, I've tried the generic supermarket stuff and there's no contest. Leerdamer or Edam is generally the cheese of choice. Sometime I get a baguette and some Brie and have at it au Francais.
Peanut buter. A classic.
Mozerella and Chorizo/Salami but only if a toaster is in reach. Bit of Ketchup and Mayo spread on one of the sides.
Tuna/Salmon work too with Mayo and sweetcorn/cucumber if it's to hand.
