Basically, if you wanna be safe, play it like this

1.Do EVERY side mission as soon as it's available.
2.Do ambient citadel missions as soon as they are available
3.Do all available N7 missions
4.Once you have completed steps 1,2,3 then complete a Priority Mission. Once you have done that, repeat the steps.

If you do it that way, you won't ever miss anything mission wise.
So, ironically, if you want to complete everything the priority missions take the last priority.
Priority has never really been much of an issue in RPGs, let alone Mass Effect...

Seems like the question has already been answered, but rather than starting a new topic on this subject I'll go ahead and ask it here:

The OP brings up the quest "Benning: Evidence". This mission takes place on the multiplayer map Firebase Ghost (a.k.a. the Trailer Park). I've played this mission twice now on two different playthroughs...I've searched every square inch of that map for evidence of the diplomat's missing son and have turned up absolutely nothing.......where the heck is this "evidence" that I need to find?
I've looked at the Wiki, and you have to get the dogtags during the campaign mission to that location, not the MP map. Also, if you miss it, it becomes available on the Spectre store.

On the topic of the Wiki, I looked and many of the Citadel assignments do not become unavailable after Priority: Tuchanka, as opposed to what Melon Hunter said. Does anyone have a list of the missions that become unavailable after Tuchanka so that I don't have to individually look at the page for each an every one to check? That's what I'd have to do because even if I run all over the Citadel looking for conversations to eavesdrop in, I could still miss some and some aren't available UNTIL later story events, so I'd have to check the list of ones I've missed to see if that were the case.
Yes, I know obviously that you have to get it in the campaign and not in MP, I'm not a complete slap-dick. :p

What I'm saying is that the campaign mission takes place on that particular MP level just so people know which map I'm talking about. I've absolutely scoured that place and all I find are some things I can scan for credits and a bunch of PDA messages saying "Run! Cerberus be bad! Rawr!"

Looking in the Specter Info Terminal hasn't turned up anything either...the only thing I've found that was new on my 2nd playthrough was a request to give that asari chick in the hospital her gun back...a review of my war assets for Citadel Defense shows that she promptly used that gun to kill herself. :p
(hopefully, you'll understand the following directions, since I'm bad at giving them out)

Ok, from what I remember, from the LZ, when you come up to the branching pathway, go right. Once you're at the end of that path, go left. The dogtags should be on the ground by the houses on the left. Kill Cerberus dudes when needed along the way.

If that didn't help, try this: N7: Cerberus Abductions [http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/N7:_Cerberus_Abductions]

Solution here, including the specific location of the dogtags on the map: http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Benning:_Evidence

IIRC I had the same problem in that I couldn't find the dogtags on the map. They turned up on the Spectre terminal, but I don't think they were available straight away.
