No, I have the regular Widow, and I know it takes too long to shoot and reload shots for lag to be so bad that you could see six quick shots.
I really don't see the point for these people doing the cheating. It's not like they are going head to head with other players(not that that would be a good excuse to cheat), they are playing a co-op horde mode.
Unless they have a cheat that lets them get more credits or exp at the end of the match, I don't see the point for them to do what they are doing. It's not like they get more than their teammates if they get first in points. I'm certainly not going woooo, and aaaah, over seeing them in the top points spot, especially if I think they've been cheating.
I seriously hope they find the people and ban them.
On the 1500 N7 level, that might be possible at this point with out cheating, considering that I've played almost 2 hours of multiplayer every day since the game was released and my N7 rating is at 263. If 1500 would definitely be possible of those multiplayer junkies that have no life and do nothing but it for 8 or more hours a day.
Though since you mention the Widow thing, I think it is likely they cheated to get that rating faster.
