The meaning of life is to live and to live is to be happy/content with your self while striving to improve yourself(if you don't strive for anything life can never be truly lived) , nothing less nothing more.
Life is not about god or religion but how you live, through that faith and spiritually may shine.

In my opinion, there simply isn't one. People give themselves meaning depending on the things they believe or based on current society. You can only give purpose to yourself based on your environment, things you know. It's very hard to give a good example (been trying for the past 10 minutes
