Excellent! Now we can all finally say that the Spy is truly French! I vaguely remember someone saying that nobody'd know what nationality he was until 'Meet the Spy' came out, and here it is.

Actually, I think he is multiple nationalities because he says "prego" which is "thanks" in Italian.

Well, he is a spy, so he can probably speak with many accents and in many languages. What we hear is probably just his normal accent... or the one he's using now so no-one ever knows who he is.

Buh... Buh... there was French music when he picked up the photo! Unless the Scout's mother is French... Which I doubt.
And he says "petit chou-fleur"... :3
Iono. I like to think he is French.

The video is simply awesome. After months of nothing since Meet the Sandvich, I'd thought they'd given up on Meet the Team, but this... this was just fantastic.

Also, to people debating his nationality: the spy's country of origin is purposefully unknown. It's pretty much been left at a vague "European country of romantic language". Simply speaking a French phrase doesn't make him French.

Indeed. In fact, I'd expect him to mix various languages to make his origin even harder to track down - after all, no need to make it any easier for the enemy than necessary.

I still can't help but laugh every time it comes to the 'listen up boy, or pornography staring your mother will be the second worse thing to happen to you today' line.

If they were ever going to make a film or TV show of a game, this would have to be it, it would be pure grooviness (and this is coming from someone who isn't too fond of Valve).

Anyway, this is definatly the best Meet the video so far, I never knew the Spie was french. The Scout's mother part was pure brilliance.

No. The Engineer can't have four simultaneous turrets.

He can however look after four turrets (one of his and three made by other engies...)

That was really well done, this makes me think TF2 need an equivalent of Halo's Theater mode, it could be really really good. It could produce some good quality stuff, but then again, it could just churn out a torrent of poorly made machinima.
Any who, this was really good. Not sure if it exactly sells the game though...

Garry's mod + Youtube = theatre mode times 10.

Variable quality, but Meet the Sentry and Ignus Solus are pretty good.
