Oh, I must say that I still find the LOLcats funny, so that puts it ahead of any other. I also think that the video game quote spawned memes are used less (except for "the cake is a lie"), so "a winner is you", "Do a barrel roll", "it's dangerous to go alone, take this" are all up there.

On that note, I don't really have a favorite, but I guess I'd say Rickrolling is the best just because nearly everyone in America got rickrolled during the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. That's pretty epic.
