As an exercise inspired through this video from Science Symphonies:
"Think of your brain as a newspaper. Think of all the information it can store! But it doesn't take up too much room, because it's folded." - Bill Nye.

What do you know? You don't have to give out specifics, but you can give estimated sizes as to how large a category of memories are. Also automatic functions such as breathing and heartbeat don't necessarily count. You also don't have to tell people about things you might be embarrassed about.

Motor Skills (This is something you do learn on your own when you're little).
English Language (Moderate).
Chewing and swallowing.
Hygene (including dental)
How to draw (Moderate size).
How to cook (Moderate; includes pasta and some Chinese recipes)
Social (Moderate)
Emotions (Moderate; Also includes the knowledge on how to display them. I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve.)
House Maintenance (includes knowing the cost of your rent).
Scientific Method (Large)
Opinions (Fair)
Medical knowledge (fair; can include things like first aid or when to take medicine)
Knowledge of nutrition (Moderate).
Knowledge of cosplay (Fair).
Knowledge of physics (Large).
Knowledge of chemistry (Fair).
Knowledge of biology (Fair).
Knowledge of geology (Fair).
Knowledge of archaeology (Fair).
Knowledge of history (Fair).
Knowledge of mathematics (Large; includes arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, differential equations)
Knowledge of PC gaming (Moderate; can include knowledge of specific games and how to play them)
Knowledge of Console gaming (Large; Mostly includes PS2, Gamecube, and Wii titles)
Knowledge of Board and Card gaming (Fair)
Memories Years 1-5 (Tiny)
Memories Years 5-10 (Small)
Memories Years 10-15 (Fair)
Memories Years 15-20 (Fair)
Memories Years 20-24 (Moderate)
Friends/People I trust (Large)
People I dislike (Small)
Webcomics I like (Small)
Favorite music or music in general (Large; These memories would be responsible for the so called 'ear-worms' that get stuck in your head.)
Favorite shows (Fair; includes my favorite anime)

How much can you recall? You might be surprised you know quite a lot.

EDIT:
I tended just to categorize mine. If you look at mine, I could go into specifics. And the list would take a long time if you tried to list out everything. I don't expect anyone responding to this to recall everything that they know. Basically just to dive in to see how large the ocean of your brain is. That's pretty much the purpose.

I know...
- How to scratch absolutely every part of my back without using a tool.
- The words to 'Scientist Salarian'.
- What a 'wimple' is.
- The origin of the name of the Katyusha rocket battery.
- How to throw a knife, assuming it is evenly balanced.
- Where the fluff that collects in your navel comes from.
- ... That this exercise could take a while.

OK, guess I'll take a turn. I can't tell you exact years, though, because I can't. I know...

I fell down a flight of stairs.
I blew out a ceiling light with my head.
I shot a man in the eye with a party popper.
I drew comics once.
I tripped over a really big dog.
I fell in a swimming pool.
I could do maths really good.
I could spell really awesome in English.
I could spell really badly in Spanish.
I know what a "Hetzer" looks like.
I know the plot of the Lord Of The Rings films, down to almost every scene transition.
I don't like aniseed.
I once saw a man with no fingers.
Geography was a waste of my time.
That German teacher was a wanker.
I sat through a major typhoon.
Zhukov's avatar keeps reminding me of Warcraft.
Even the very wise cannot see all ends.
The origin of "Wibble".
Rowan Atkinson has problems with "Bob".
Mr. Bean is exceedingly popular in Germany.
That science man appears to be holding a giant cauliflower.

...Is that how we were supposed to do it? The exact memories tend to jump out of the fog. Yeah, this could potentially take a really long time.

I tended just to categorize mine. If you look at mine, I could go into specifics. But as you've already seen just by going through the specifics, there's plenty of stuff that you know or remember. And the list would take a long time if you tried to list out everything. I don't expect anyone responding to this to recall everything that they know. Basically just to dive in to see how large the ocean of your brain is. That's kind of the purpose.

My memory is a lot like a tree, unless you go down the right branch you can't really reach that piece of information.

So yeah my knowledge on a subject only gets remembered when it's the topic we're talking about, just telling me to recall everything I can remember is just gunna give you a blank stare haha.

I remember the passcode to the laboratory that Lester Knight Chaykin inputs in "Out Of This World": 4511932.
I remember the entirety of the ending theme to Final Fantasy VI.
I remember a friend of mine named Jerry when I was growing up; he'd lost the pinky and ring fingers of his right hand to an accident while working on a car engine.
I remember going sailing with a friend of an uncle of mine, and being curious about his thick German accent but bored because it wasn't a powered boat.
I remember calling the Nintendo Power Help Line about a level in the SNES "Dungeon Master" game (there was a passage that seemed to be endless) and the guy was as confused about it as I was.
I remember trying to program a "choose your own adventure"-type game in BASIC on my Color Computer 2.
I remember getting yelled at by my programming teacher in high school because I was using my umbrella as a fencing sword.
I remember the funny "alternate lyrics" my Spanish teacher gave to "La Cucaracha" ("que para fumar la marijuana....")
I remember the time I held onto a firecracker too long during the winter; it blew a hole in the finger of my glove but didn't touch the skin.

I remember that it's 1:10 in the morning and I should be getting to sleep.

This seems more like a remedial never ending process intended for the boosting of ones ego.

Now to add this to the other pointless mind games I know with a small chance of impressing nice ladies at long, chest high, alcohol holding tables.

I'm the same way; a lot of the things I remember need to be prompted by something in order to become relevant enough to recall. The only things I keep on hand are ones I've recently used, or feel like bragging about when asked "what do you remember".

To that end:
> I've memorized the Major General's song (as well as Ross Scott's verse, Scientist Salarian, and parts of Randall Munroe's "Every Major's Terrible")
> I've also memorized several of Dan Bull's video game raps on Youtube, and I use them as brisk enunciation practice.
> I remember many level layouts, the overall progression of, and about 5 or 6 cheats for Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 from my childhood. This allowed me to pick it up on the Star Wars Steam Sale and handily beat it (without the cheats, mind you).

I also have many other songs and video games memorized, those are just the ones I can currently tell you about.
