Metal Fans! I need your input!

I haven't made a thread for quite some time now, and I saw an advert for this on MSN, and clicked on it to see what it was. I thought I would ask you what you all think about it.
I know a lot of you on this website are great fans of metal, but what do you think of Disney's interpretation?
It's a TV show called: "I'm in the band"
Now personally, I think this is horrible and should die.
However! I wish to hear if anyone else feels differently.
Just tell me what you think!

Uh...yeah, this is pretty bad. But it's about what I expect from the creators of Hannah Montana trying to do their take on "metal."

It's not funny. At all. I didn't laugh once. The only one who's sorta funny is the British guy.
I got half way into it, and I've decided that I don't really like it, to put it mildly.

Yeah, the canned laughter really help it to be funny for me..... >_>
To be honest, the laugh track really made it show that no one would ever laugh at it.... At least not int the way they want.

I know, right!? It's like they're trying to sell metal to stupid little kids... I mean, at least Hannah Montana is just plain ol' shit... This is shit, but with HUGE pretensions of metal-ness! I for one think this is practically blasphemy.

I Have to say i don't like it but then again i'm not really enjoying most newer american sitcoms(like how i met your mother) that much plus having the laughter backtrack really puts me off shows (with the exception of friends)

I'm pondering what he meant by "headbutt good-morning." It is a show for seven year olds, but the rating people must not be very skilled with double entendres.

I severely dislike both the horribly predictable, slightly whiney American sit-com acting and writing, and the depiction of "rock stars".

I think we are paying to much attention to a TV show aimed at 5 - 8 year old kids. You never know perhaps after watching that show a few times they will be intrigued by the idea of metal music and delve deeper into it, opening them up to the world of metal at an early age, although they will have to find something else to introduce them to the world of humour.
