Metro 2033, will it fry my computer?

Computer is a laptop (Far from gaming rig) and could run Metro on Medium settings with no noticable slow.

Also, three years old.

I can run it maxed out(bar one of the two DX11 features, but I forget which) at 1360x768 , in Vista on:

4GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Core2Duo E6750 @ 2.66Ghz
ATI Radeon HD 5770

Memory is the same thing as RAM right? I dont know much about processors but I doubt mine is up to standard...I may leave this one for now

RAM= Random Access Memory.

Yes, unless you are talking about your storage capacity such as your hard drive or solid state. Disk space.

Fun fact: On a 360 disk space is listed as memory.

It makes me a little bit angry every time I see it in the menu.
