Disney girl gone bad. It's all marketing, they use their previous good image and the controversy to their advantage. Britney Spears, Aguilera etc etc. In a good 2-3 years Miley will be burned out, shaved and possibly have a few kids. It's all a cycle. Wish people would stop paying attention.

Kids grow up, I see no real issue with that or her change in attitude in her performance.

As far as the relation with Disney goes, it will be interesting to see what happens. Truthfully I think Miley Cyrus has a bit more in the way of a fan base than either Britney or Christina had when they word for mouse-corp. What's more I think Disney has been changing a bit in more recent years, given that she can still pack people in who grew up with her. Remember the kids that were watching her as a kid are now pretty much the same age.

That said I'm not a big fan, but we'll see what happens.

To be honest I consider both Britney and Christina to have been quite successful in their after-disney careers (albiet nothing is forever). I don't think Miley is going to disappear overnight even if they do cut her loose.

She's trying to grow out of Hannah Montana, but she'll always have that label. She's 18 soon, when she reaches that age the media will be referring to her as sexy and begging for sexy photo shoots, they did the same with an actress in a soap opera over here.

She's following the same predictable and tragic course that most teen idols do. She's becoming a slut. Eventually she'll get involved in a lot of stuff she shouldn't be involved in and ruin her career. It's how these things go.

But yes, I personally think taking a children's show star and amping up the sex appeal so much is not a good thing. Any semblance of role-modeling she may have been worthy of doing is now completely gone.
