Christina's career didn't explode, she's still going pretty strong. Even Britney's comeback has been fairly successful commercially. Beyonce and Kelly Rowland have been performing since their teenage years and are still fairly relevant and avoided mental breaks.

Really, do people actually expect these girls to never grow up? This isn't Peter Pan, childhood stars grow up. Some better than others. She can't be on the Disney Channel forever and she's still going to look for work.
