I'm guessing the author of this thread is a teenager, one who has led a pretty sheltered life and is only now realizing that the world is kind of a terrible place full or terrible things happening to people every day. There's nothing wrong with being horrified by this, and wanting to do something to help, but you also need to be realistic and realize that there's nothing you can do to help these people. In fact, there's really nothing that you can do to help MOST people, especially not people who are in a foreign country which is hostile to your own.
Spreading this story to other people isn't going to do anything, these concentration camps have been operating since the 1960s, and you can be sure that every western government as well as every government in that region has known about them for just as long as they have existed. You have to realize this, and you also have to realize that none of these other governments are responsible for the well being of the citizens of North Korea, and that none of them really want to expend major resources to end these concentration camps. You can't just think "oh, I'll call up my local senator and tell them about this, and then they'll get on the phone to North Korea and tell Kim Jong Un to knock off those concentration camps because America doesn't like them." That's not how the world works. It would take drastic measures to shut these camps down.
Remember Kony 2012? Remember how people got all worked up about it and then nothing happened? This is exactly the same thing. No matter how many people you show this video to, no matter how many people get outraged about it, nothing will happen, there will be no major intervention because of it.
