the original Veteran was much more entertaining.
Are you joking? Ultranationalists with an infinite amount of grenades isn't entertaining, it's cheap. At least it's fairer now - when you die, it's usually your fault.
Anyway, I would like a ***** about the story. WHY DOES SO MUCH STUPID SHIT HAPPEN FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON? It's almost like a parody at times, and it's so overblown yet played so deathly straight it could easily be a comedy if it weren't for all the shocking imagery.
What, there are no cameras in the airports now? People can't see it's Makarov slaughtering civilians? And why doesn't the agent just shoot him in the back? He's had ample oppourtunity to do so, and it makes more sense than just following him around, integrating with his organisation and prolonging things, simultaneously making the whole plan more likely to fail.
Why does Price fire a nuke over Washington? I know it works out for him, but what made him decide that cutting all the power and blowing up a space station would help the Americans take back the city? It seems like a really odd conclusion to come to when you think of ways to help your allies.
Why the hell does Lance Henriksen shoot you in the chest and become the big bad for absolutely no reason!? These nonsensical "shock" betrayals irritate me to no end whenever they crop up. What does he gain by stealing the intel? He orchestrated the whole daring plan anyway, he would've been a hero!
And if he isn't the big bad in the sequel, who is revealed at the very end complete with an eye patch, I'll eat my hat.
Also, why was half the voice cast from Eastenders?
