Modern Warfare 2: Callsigns... Sharing the love

In a nostalgic haze of "Gotta catch 'em all" syndrome, two particular Call signs in Modern Warfare 2 come to mind. It's believed that the developers were the first to have these signs and spread them amongst the people.

Rumor has it "Infected" can only be achieved by being stabbed by someone with the Call sign already equipped. "STD" is similar in stabbing someone with the Call sign already equipped.

Has anyone heard anything else about these? Or any other signs trickled down from the developer level?

Not sure but someone with an callsign with hearts all on it with a pot leaf as an emblem is a chronic stabber and pisses me off and i think that callsign fits what your saying. If sharing the love is the name of the callsign.

I only ever use "The Avenger" Callsign

but i do believe sharing the love is recieved if you are killed by someone with that callsign

I'm more curious about signs that can only be obtained from another player (Infected, STD, etc.) instead of feats during normal gameplay.

I use "All Your Base" recently, too good to pass up.

I have infected, (I think) and I haven't killed anyone with it.
But yes it wouldn't surprise me that there are titles that you can only get from other players with them.

I use the Saudi flag, because there isn't a Lebanon flag.

Then a radar emblem, just because I find how it moves annoying, and I hope others do as well

I switch depending on what I feel like. For a while, I had the "Dishes Are Done" and the bar of soap because I thought it was funny.

I use (or did use, before everyone started using the javelin glitch and I stopped playing) "Grassy Knoll". I don't know why. Every now and then, I feel I should switch it, but I never can go through with it.

Also, viral titles would be nothing new - viral achievements and unlocks have been in games forever. GRAW 1 and 2, and Shadowrun come imididately to mind.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Brains and A Skull is what I use.

"BRAINS... brains? BRAIIIIIIIIIIINS!" I shout that at random people in lobbies!

I use the Cloak and Dagger with a reverse dagger emblem. =P
I kill a ton of people with Throwing Knives, because it's so funny when it happens.

Sorry I lied I don't remember what my emblem is I've been busy playing AC2. =O
But the Cloak and Dagger is right. =P

The stoner callsigns make me rage.
