Main class for pubs:
Invervention w/ Thermal
PP2000 w/ Extended Mags

Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim Pro

"Try Hard" class:
UMP45 w/ Red Dot
PP2000 w/ Extended Mags
Stun/Semtex

I'm also quite fond of the SCAR-H and ACR, and I use both in a similar loadout to my Try Hard class.

For Domination:
Riot Shield

Stun Grenade
That Grenade Guard thing
Martyrdom Deathstreak

Don't remember my perks.
Let me help you with this one: one of your Perks is Stopping Power, and one of them is Bling.

I mean Christ, with all of the new guns and killstreaks, 90% of you still use Stopping Power? I don't like to use the word "noob", but it seems so appropriate.

Bling I can understand. Bling looks usful, to say the least, but if you are running around with the TAR-21 or the SPAS-12, do you really need SP?

I've got a number but I can't seem to decide what I think of the Thermal Scope, I love it on some maps hate it on others so I have two sniper classes that are pretty much the same.

Thermal Sniper

Barret .50 cal Thermal Scope
USP .45 "Akimbo"
x1 Smoke Grenade
x1 Claymore
Scavenger/PRO
STOPPING POWER/pro
Steady Aim/PRO

This dude can camp forever with infinite Claymores and Smoke Screens.\

Regular Sniper (Same as above -thermal)

P90 Stealth+ AA
P90 (Silenced)
Stinger
Throwing Knife and x2 Flash
Marathon
Coldblooded
Scrambler Pro

I can run around shooting and stabbing with the ability to destroy OP air support in a flash.

RPD Grip+ AA
RPD w/ Grip
Stinger
Semtex and Flash
Slieght of Hand
Cold Blooded
Steady Aim/ PRO

I call him the Flyswatter.

RIOT SHIELD
Riot Shield
M93 Raffica
Throwing Knife and Flash
Scavver PRo
Hardline
Commando/ Pro

Annoying bugger that can get to his predator rig pretty quick.

This has been my FFA go-to class for a while now. The RPD is VERY powerful with this combo of attachments and perks. The only downside is you're kinda slow compared to some. Definitely not for sneaky-types but it works for me.

RPD w/ Grip and FMJ
AA-12 w/ Grip and Extended Mag

Semtex
Stun

Bling Pro
Stoping Power Pro
Commando Pro

I generally like being rather sneaky.
I've always been fine with the standard sights, I just don't see a need for a red dot or holographic sight. Also don't see the advantage to the scrambler perk. It just lets someone know when you're near them.
In theory yes, and true on larger maps, where you are isolated or away from the action it lets you know, but when a guy is firing out of a window in a room of friends and he gets scrambled he just doesn't turn around. You can fire unsilenced and kill as many enemies as you like, at close range/on maze-like maps Scrambler lets you destroy an enemy team if played right.

You've just got to make sure you don't advance slowly then barge in, because they shoot you. Run round the enemy a bit and make sure they can't find you, then either take a chance and play offensively, routing behind the guys looking for you, or play defensively and hope to God they don't discover what direction you're in. Scrambler is only just ahead of Steady Aim in terms of usefulness for me, and it nets me many, many kills. In one example a literal entire enemy team, six guys in single file, ran into my RPD Bling (RDS + Grip) and bcause of Scrambler not one of them noticed that they were under fire or that their team mates were dead. Sure, it lets the enemy know where you are and in Hardcore it's a setback, but when you've got a Harrier in the air and a Predator Missile in a Care Package it doesn't matter who knows where you are.
Fair call. I guess scrambler isn't so bad if used well. I guess I'm too partial to Commando. Having the ability to always win knife fights and no falling damage is awesome :D

Primary: LSW: SUSAT with the grip (it's not an ACOG)
Secondary: Stinger Missile

Equipment: Semtex/Claymore
Stun Grenade

Perk 1: Bling
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3: Steady Aim

Death Streak: Painkiller

It's a surprisingly effective class thats powerful at both long and short range

My setup at the moment is:

FAMAS (with FMJ)
USP 45.
1 Frag
2 Stun

Perks are
Sleight of Hand Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Scrambler

Basically I haven't changed anything from one of the default, also I'm only level 18 so I can't get most of the good perks

Most often used:
Scout/sniper hunter class:
- SCAR-H with holographic and heartbeat sensor
- G-18, still attachment-less (what can I say, I barely use my backup weapon)
- Bling Pro (waste isn't it, for the G-18)
- Cold Blooded
- Ninja Pro
- Painkiller
- Claymore
- Flashbangs

Assault:
- AUG-H with foregrip
- One of the missile launchers or the SPAS, switch those around.
- Sleight of Hand Pro
- Stopping Power Pro
- Ninja Pro
- Painkiller
- Frag
- Flashbangs

The sniper hunter class is definitely the most fun class to play, especially with the claymore. It's brilliant when you know that someone is heading your way, you quickly dump your claymore and head the other direction to hunt someone else. Só satisfying to hear that "boom" behind you. Or to sneak up a sniper and plant a knife in his back.

Assault is brilliant on Highrise and similar maps.

Hmm, I'm not seeing many people who like to snipe, but for me, its pretty much the only thing that feels right>.<

WA2000 FMJ+silencer or FMJ+scope
Striker FMJ+grip
Bling Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim Pro

Have any other snipers noticed that to get a 1 shot kill it actually takes a mild amount of skill? For me, upper body shots usually do it, but low torso shots sometimes don't kill. I don't get it. I use the striker and the WA because they complement each other very well, Super powerful long range and extreme close range, but with midrange you've got nothing at all. The striker is better than the other shotguns imo because of the longer range and the larger clip. I've been thinking about trying to use the eagle as my secondary to eliminate this midrange problem, but I don't want to give up my striker.

I have been funning around with one man army though, its alot more powerful than it looks at first glance.
ScarH- Grenade launcher
One man army
Danger Close Pro
Last Stand

I'll basically end up refreshing the ammo on my grenade launcher, making me have infinite ammo with it. Its so much fun on domination and demolition, where the enemy has no choice but to get close. Then just fire on the objective with your exposives, they die, then you refresh and continue.

This is because you're using one of the worst snipers in the game. The WA2000 is second worst, only slightly better than the M21 EBR if you ask me. Like the Dragunov and M21 in CoD4, the WA2000 and M21 EBR are both NOT one-hit kills to the lower abdomen. Silencers also reduce the power of the Snipers, which is why Silencers are borderline useless in non-hardcore for sniping. On the otherhand, Sleight of Hand Pro is pretty much MANDATORY for any sort of serious sniper, because of how much it reduces the scope-up time. The Intervention and .50 Cal are always one-hit kills to anywhere between the shoulders and above the waist, which is what makes them better. I'd strongly recommend you switch to the Intervention, which is the best rifle in the game if you ask me (and most of the pro snipers out there).

Smaller maps:
UMP45 w/ Red Dot
USP.45 w/ Extended Mags
Stun/Semtex
Sleight of Hand Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Ninja Pro

Medium Maps:
SCAR-H w/ Red Dot
Stinger Missiles
Stun/Semtex
Scavenger Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Ninja Pro

Large Maps:
Intervention w/ FMJ
PP2000 w/ Extended Mags
Stun/Semtex
Sleight of Hand Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim Pro

Streaks:
Painkiller
Predator Missile
Harrier Strike
Chopper Gunner
