Does anyone know how to get the 8 bit price emblem and the title with the zero plane thats not the re zero or ghostrider titles.

No.

I don't even know exactly how I got most of my gear... all I know is I got a chopper after I shot down a couple choppers. My guess: if you want a plane either kill a bunch of dudes with the AC130, or shoot a few down with a stinger or javalin.

...also, do you mean "know"?
