Modern warfare 2... Should I?

Ok, basically I have got some cash to burn and after looking at some youtube vids, it seems mw2 looks quite good (Well I already knew that, but you get ma drift) Basically it is £30 on amazon at the moment (which is $45) and I am stumped to whether or not I should get it. I will either get it on PC or PS3 (Because my 360 died on me ) so what I am asking is:

Is it worth £30?
Should I get it for PC or Ps3?

EDIT: I am a fan of being able to solo kill anything like a one man shooting machine

It depends on whether or not you like that type of game. I'd recommend renting it or borrowing it first to test it out. I know I bought it because I liked Halo, but MW2 didn't really shine for me. I much prefer Bad Company 2 and it's squad oriented gameplay. But, again, it's all about preference.

save your money i would say but if your hell bent on wasting £30 i would get the ps3 version (no need to explain why you should stay away from the pc version)

coming from a PC gamer - get it for PS3

but if you have a PS3, rent it and see for yourself

Bad company 2 doesn't hold my interest that much (Even though I *cough* own at it *cough* .)

Yes it's worth it. And I'd probably go for the P.C. version because hardly anyone has a microphone on the P.S.3 and you can customise your tag a bit more on the P.C. version.

fix your xbox and get that version. It is hard to justify a game that can fluxate wildly from feeling awesome to being towed by a monster truck through a cactus patch in a saltwater lemon ,rain storm.

Get it for PS3. It's a good game, just don't expect the campaign to be up to snuff.

PS3 if you want to play multiplayer. I played multiplayer on the PC once. Twas not nice. Lots of people swore at me.

Not many people will say this but just know that there are some people, me, who enjoyed the campaign and the spec ops. The levels were fun and varied. I hate the multiplayer though.

My xbox is sorta... unfixable it umm through something won't go on live anymore... >.<

If you like balanced multiplayer or a decent campaign, do not get it. If you love being spawn-killed, having an incredibly short campaign plus about 23 mini-games, lots of latency in multiplayer, etc., do get it.
