It's fine because you have so many chances to stop it so do it! It's not too hard. Use stingers, search for him, stay inside during chopper it's just so simple I don't understand why you would complain.
Remember now, he's not the only one on his team.
It would be easier with team-mates! A small squad or just one or two people have quite a good chance of taking down that one guy.
Have you even been playing Mw2?
Random people are never cooperative and barely have mics, even if they do they will most likely ignore you, and brand you as n arm chair General.
Hmm I could of sworn I have. If you have no friends than you are SOL. Not enough people have a class using stingers so you may have to take it upon yourself to use it and take out the ariel vehicles, which earns you a nice bunch of points. I myself haven't been nuked recently, just play TDM it is much harder to get a nuke there but it's still plausible.
SOL...?
Also, the only time I've been nuked was from my own team, some fuck was camping and then busted out a Harrier and ended the game halfway through.
I'm always the first to shoot down Air Support, except the AC-130's.
Why does that thing have 3 flares when you only have 2 rockets? Seriously!?
SOL=Shit-outa-luck.
Yeah AC-130s are a ***** to get down. It's even worse when it's out of flares and your stinger decides to miss o_O AC-130s are really easy to avoid if you're close by a building. That may be the cause of all those flares. The flairs look so cool when they go off though. ^.^

I think I just found the solution for fun.

No Modern Warfare 2.

To the presses!
You, my friend, have won the game.

Nuke...in a realistic sense anyone within 200 miles of today's Nuclear Weapons would get vaporized. Not to mention the 300 extra miles of fallout.

No--they wanted to give you a Make-Your-Own-Fallout-Game-Device.
