I'd be more worried about people who camp out in the frigid snow facing down death with a thermos of coffee in one hand and their testicles in the other to get it at 12:01 AM on Tuesday.

Where do you live that that's the case? (the snow part, not the waiting part)

OT: Whoop de doo, they'll have an advantage that will be gone in a day. If it really concerns you that much, wait for about 2 weeks and look at YouTube multiplayer videos to find spots.

Modern Warfare comes out to the public on Nov.10th-why are people on my friends list already playing it??? thats beyond not fair!!!I already know Infinity Ward is going to somehow get everyone to reset there games so they endup back at square one on the prestige but the people who have the game ahead of time know every good sniper spot and camping spot and gun that fits them best-they have a severe advantage and its NOT fair AT ALL to the rest of us!!!

I was on the beta test for COD4, and the amount of change in strategy was astounding, you'd find something that no-one else has done, kill everyone doing it, then the next day, everyone was either doing it, or countering it. When the new games comes out, with so many people playing, what may have been a good sniper spot someone will find a way to kill the person there.

So don't worry about it, the game will change too quickly for this to be a problem

Certain relailers were given the okay to start selling them today. It has nothing to do with Pirating. I actually saw a thread a earlier today complaining about this very thing and a Gamestop employee came into the thread and explained it.

It just ruins my chances of being one of the top on the scoreboard-some of us happen to be that serious about our gaming-if im going to spend alot of money on that game i want it to be a fair advantage-i want to be one of the best-hard to be the best when people have already done everything and know what to expect in the game-plus when you pre-order games most of the times you get a discount-wouldnt it be nice to give the advantages to the people who had to pay the complete full price :S seriously pissed off gamer here-i dont even know if its worth getting now
