Okay, so you if you have to kill them all, here's a tip! If you are playing Hardcore, leave your companions, if you aren't bring them.

Okay, there are two major sections to "The Fort", the outside where there are only a few guys. This is where you are when you first get there, then there's the inside where everyone is at. Kill everyone on the outside first. Now when you go to the inside part to kill those guys, you can go back to the outside to heal as no one will follow you out there. Just stay close to the exit and it's easy.

I know that he thought making an enemy of the Courier was a good idea. That's pretty much a certificate of retardation right there.
When does he try to make you an enemy of him on purpose?
Treating women - the gender of my Courier - as little more than baby-machines wasn't exactly a good start. Irradiating Camp Searchlight didn't help. Being slavers certainly didn't help.

So you know what? Caesar could have either changed his ways or faced off with the Courier. He rolled his gamble and ended up with a Ballistic Fist in what was left of his crumpled, misogynistic face.

Uhhh, but he isn't challenging you directly, so your point still does not hold strong.

Not to mention that he treats a female courier no differently than a male.

That applies directly from you not agreeing with him. From a neutral standpoint, he is not a moron.
