I use to always in GTA 3, take an ambulance into the subway tunnel, wait for a train, stand on top of the ambulance and normally the force shot me through the roof into glitchy blue crazy land and then just teleport me somewhere random. Also, y'know that bit in Bioshock towards the beginning when you get the revolver, I listened to the splicer talking to the baby pram as though she were talking to a baby, I go up, take her down, look in the pram and it was a MOTHERFUCKING GUN SHE WAS MUSING TO! Also the clown in Dead Rising, need I say more. Also the rooms in P0rtal with all the photos of cake, and he musings of cake, and likewise with the companion cube.

Playing CoD: WaW on Vendetta and i No Scoped a bloke and Resenov goes "no scope nice". im thinking WTF? did he just say.

I saw a Spy backstab a Heavy on TF2. For some reason the Spy was crouching, so this somehow made the Havy shoot across the map.
Had there not been some form of skyline, I think he'd have just kept going.

When i first got oblivion and started playing it, and I punched a civilian in the face and he said "Whoaaaaa now, theres no need to get violent" whilst running away, fuck that game is hilarious sometimes, I went around the imperial city kicking everyones asses that day

Playing with my friend on WoW.
He tells me to jump on a specific lantern in Stormwind, and then tells me to jump onto a ledge on the wall.
When I jumped onto the ledge, my character fell under Stormwind, and I had no idea how to get out. He jumped down to show me the way, and I end up backing out of a solid brick wall in the Dwarven District I think it was.
-Wtf?

Fallout 3, I was just walking around in the middle of DC when I ran into a behemoth south of the citadel, the guy runs towards me, and smash me with his weapon and Splash! my head explodes and i go Like FUCK, cuz i died! only i didn't I lost my head but my char didn't die, I went WTF?? It seemed to be a bug, last time i turned the game on, I had a head again -.-

Best one for me would have been just yesterday. I was playing Morrowind, fighting a Nix Hound. Halfway through the battle, it started chatting to me in the voice of a Dark Elf.

I was on Gears of war 2 at the bit where the giant worm thing appears just before you go inside it. The cinematic just got to the point where the giant worm came out of the wall, and then the MISSION FAILED screen came up.

007 Golden Eye for the N64. If you tip the cartridge even slightly left or right when it is playing and everything on the screen, except the main character, goes into a full out barrel roll.

Also in the COD4 map: Ambush, you can continuously fire any gun with out reloading or running out of bullets, but only, if you duck in the Underground tunnels entrance hole that leads to the C flag (in Capture the Flag).

There were a couple.
One was in GTA SA, I was on top of that mountain, the big one where that bicycle race ends. I was just standing there minding my own business, getting ready to jump off, and I see a plane in the distance. It was getting closer and closer. It went overhead, it was within jumping distance, and it crashed in the mountain peak behind me. I never found out what made him commit suicide like that.

The second moment like that that comes to mind happened recently in FOnline, and I caused. I was in New Reno, happy to have a SMG. I thought I would test it on someone, but seeing as how all the NPCs were dead, I tested it on the nearest unlucky player that spawned. Shot her until I ran out of ammo, then I thought I'd finish the job and punched the living daylights out of her. She went down, I got closer for the killing blow, but changed my mind, and patched her up with First Aid. I then calmly walked out of New Reno while the victim was saying "wtf" repeatedly, unable to understand what just happened.
