Unreal Torny 3, hoverboarding between striders legs and shit, epic stuff.
[EDIT] One of the missiosn in Far Cry 2 where you must assassinate a guy near a meth lab or something. But it was like the scene from Bad Boys 2 where they drive through the shanty town in Jeeps & hummers. I jumped in an armoured jeep and seen ramp leading up onto the dock where they kept all the men and (Red) Barrels aswell as other explosive stuff. Driving along the dock/shanty town, splattering people infront of me, people jumping out the way, explosions behind me, wood splinters flying everywhere and bulletholes progressivly blocking my view by smashing the windshield... jaw dropped.

If I'd of been let down from the wall I'd of torn those pricks up with the f*cking crowbar. Couldn't believe it.
And the ending of Mafia was a real surprise, as well as bringing the game to a proper and well thought out conclusion. And when Tommy proved Sam wrong, I got all tingly.

2 moments from Bioshock:
-when you go to Fleet Hall in Fort Frolic and see Fitzpatrick playing the piano. So beautiful, so dream-like
-the sequence in Fort Frolic where you have to fight the splicers with "The Nutcracker" playing in the back and you hear Sander Cohen's voice from the radio.
and actually quite the whole of Bioshock. i just couldn't stop playing that game once I fired it up.
Also others:
-Painkiller, the last level (Hell). It was simply staggering
-oh, and any time you use the Triple Haste tarot card in Painkiller and start blowing the crap outta baddies. It never loses its charm
-when I first time saw my cousin go underwater in Crysis. I was like "Wow"
-and quite many plot twists from Chrono Trigger which I won't spoil now

The ending of Braid was one of the more moving things I've seen in a video game. The first time through I found myself just amazed by where that story takes you.

Obvious KoTOR plot twist is obvious.
Another than that, Assassin's Creed 's viewpoints were stunning in their own way. Also the opening cutscene for the first level of Mirror's Edge (excluding the training level) is similarly stunning.
