Okay, people, have you ever had a moment where you looked at something or just thought of something and went "Holy shit?"

My story here: so I just went to the bathroom, and-- Wait, let me tell you. Bathroom story. Skip now if you're easily grossed out. So, I just went to the bathroom, had a nice bowel movement, and traditional wiping. As I turn, I look down to check everything, and blood was everywhere. I wiped, and there was very little blood, so I continued. But the moment I fucking looked down, my heart skipped a second and I was so scared. I should be fine, if you were wondering.

So, have you had a moment like this?

I got hit by a car on my bike once. I was like shit, but whatever it wouldn't be the first time but when my head hit the pavement everything went black, I had hit my head so hard I was temporarily blinded. I was just laying there wondering if I was dead and if this is what happens when you die. I was eventually brought to a hospital and eventually regained my vision. But fuck, I thought that was it, this was oblivion and I was going to spend the rest of time like this.

That's why you always wear a helmet.

Yeah, I know a few people that that's happened to. Also, the pun in the post was unintentional.

The moment you realised that you had missed a period (aka lady time) and shit bricks that you might be pregnant. Yeah I didn't keep track of it properly and when I realised I was like OH FUCKING NO. Though to be honest I should have been less worried since there was no physical way I could have been pregnant as it had been 6 months since I'd last had sex but still. Still went and did a test though.
Yeah I was a dumb-ass a few years ago.

Yeah, girlfriend in high school did the same thing... Unfortunately, it had been recent. I may or may not have gone slightly lightheaded. Or unconscious.

Had that realisation earlier this morning.

I suppose the best example is when I cut my shin open whilst running, and had to run back to the house before getting to a hospital. I ran about a mile and a half back with pretty much no problem, then bothered to look at the leg to see a sizeable gash & quite a bit of blood. Got a sweet scar out of it.

edit: Oh, and there this one time where my gf of the time got really drunk at a party and stopped breathing, that was pretty oh shit.

I had the same thing, turned out to be haemorrhoids. I never would have guessed, there was no pain. Just blood. And looking up possible causes of bloody stool leads straight towards cancer and other terrifying sounding issues.

Just needs more fibre I guess. Rather than telling me to eat vegetables to grow, they should have just told me I'd shit blood if I didn't eat my greens.

Another oh shit moment: after just fighting a hunstman the size of my hand in another room(I'm terrified of them), I go and put my shoe on. What do I feel? Something moving around in there. My mind when straight back to big hunstman. Luckily it only turned to be a fairly large cricket.

The moment an earthquake hit when I was in Japan, it was only an aftershock but it was still forceful enough to make me think "holy shit!".

Bizzarest feeling ever.
