I have at least once raised my wrist to look at my pip-boy. Only to realise that all I have is bare skin.

If I did it with my left hand, I could at least pretend I was just looking at my watch :/

Whenever I do paintballing or something that requires taking cover, I really shove myself up against cover like in Gears of War. Yeah, it does kind of hurt.

When I thought about genuinely learning a lightsaber style after playing KoTOR? That was another.

When I thought about shaving my hair short after playing Force Unleashed.

When I was walking home at night and saw a bunch of chavs walking my way, and thought for a second or two, "It's ok, I'm in the shadows".

The fact that I can hear the Achievement noise even when the Xbox isn't on.

Yeah, I could go on...
Shadows an effective camoflauge, as long as you were in dark clothing, they probably couldn't see you.

When you're permenantly quoting a game, that's the way you can tell you need to get outside..

- When you go out on the street and you see the world through the game's HUD (Fallout 3, Borderlands...)
- When you start making more videogame refferences/comparisons than other hobby comparisons.
- When you organize everything in your closet like a Tetris screen.
- When your mascot (or mascosts) are named after videogame characters.
- When you start playing and 5 minutes later you realize that 6 hours have passed.
Done the last one I have one last round before bed at 9, 1230 I CHECK TO SEE IF THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES I ALLOWED MYSELF WERE UP. got up for work at 530 the next morning and spent the entire walk in playing that damn game, was a psp one called "what did I do to deserve this my lord" I'm still looking forward to the sequel. also sometimes when I see my game clock when saving on any final fantasy or disgaea, 60 hours easy.

Whenever I look at my xfire profile [http://www.xfire.com/profile/daz56/].

I'm glad it doesn't take into account the 2 games I've played the most this week.
Sorry man, I got your OVERALL time beat in 1 game alone... Damn... [http://www.xfire.com/profile/mrhawk76] I'm happy Xfire can't track my PS3 gametimes too...

On topic! I realize I play to much when I'm spouting out game references that even my gamer friends don't get >_< I really need to seek help, don't I?

One time I was driving, saw two people walking, and thought " hey, i should run them over and get their money". Glad i snapped back to reality. also stopped playing GTA ever again.

A friend of mine was walking out of an Icafe with me, and he stops, turns to the wall, and tries to press T on his imaginary keyboard to spray his tag (like on counterstrike). He stll plays it tho

I completed everything in AC2 apart from the feathers and treasure chests (obviously) in a weekend. Totally worth it though.

When you can hear the Final Fantasy victory theme whenever you accomplish something (I don't even play FF but I still hear it)
Also I've been saying "Would you kindly" quite a bit.

When i use to work in the Lawn and Garden section of Walmart i'd always scan the gardening equipment and think of how each tool could be made into an effective weapon. If you've played Dead Rising you can understand this thought process.
Yes, done this a few times.
Also when you eat, you say to yourself, "I'm replenishing my health bar."
Or when out on a walk, "Don't go in the tall grass, you don't have your Pokemon with you."
Reading a book, "+1 to Intelligence."
After playing Splinter Cell: Conviction for a while, looking at every lightbulb and wanting, quite obsessively, to shoot them. "Then they won't see me coming for them in the dark..."
And even when climbing over some obstacles in real life, "Press A to jump..."

EDIT: And I've started to develop John Marston's walk. 0_o I need to stop playing games...

Well, today I had a dream about driving through town and then suddenly getting picked up by Alex Mercer to be thrown.
I will still play Prototype today, but I don't want to get in a car for the next few days...

Sometimes, when I'm doing something I'm scared I'll frig up, for a split-second I'll think that it's okay because I can just reload if something happens. Then I remember it's real life and I feel kinda stupid
