Heres what we need: Socialism.

Everyones so against socialism for uninformed reasons but its a great thing in the right hands. For example, why does a man who lugs around heavy boxs all day, works all day, and comes home tired make less money than a man who sits at a desk all day? Socialism would make it so all men were truly equal. Capitalism give false equality, socialism gives real equality.

Because anyone with two functioning arms can move boxes and employees that can think are much harder to come by.

Actually even he is ignorant to socialism. Socialism in no way means communism where his comment about a lowly dock worker getting payed as much as an executive in his office. Socialism is a free trade economy where banks and laws protect workers (much like the United State's "Capitalism" system already does; except for the banks part.) There is also federal health care and cheaper education.

Learn your economy fools. Also, in the future, yes money will become obsolete, but as it is today there is no way we can feasibly live without it.

What socialist crap is this? We need legal tender, our economy revolves around it, and any proposed economic changes would be based around money-systems. The only other option is going back to the barter system and the dark age economies.

Socialism is not about paying people the same amount.

Some important quotes to define socialism:

"He who does not work, neither shall he eat"

The first states that those who do not work do not deserve payment: socialism does not support laziness. The second clearly states that those who work harder and do more demanding jobs deserve to receive more from society (e.g. get paid more) than those who work less. The third states that those who are legitimately unable to work (the elderly, infirm, the unemployed if there are no available jobs, etc.) deserve the support of those who do work.
