When i was young, vampires. I cant even stand it when normal people touch me in the neck area, let alone some creep with the intention of biting me there.

Ofc that fear is gone, and now im simply scared of big spiders.

:(

Just about any spooky, ambient noise in any rpg game. I used to hate going out into the wilds because of noises made by things I couldn't see. Now only the scariest and loudest ones make me jump in my seat.

I'd say that I was pretty scared of the hobos in the Phantom Menace game for the PSX. You're going through the Coruscant lower levels, and there's a lot of them, and they're big, loping things, screaming that you deserve to die down here...

I've seen much bigger, much angrier loping things. Hobos don't seem like such a problem any more.

Oogie-Boogie from Nightmare before Christmas used to scare me as a child, but the time came to kick him in in Kingdom Hearts one and two it was almost like fighting off my childhood fears.
I felt so fulfilled after that fight.

And Zombies, when i tried playing the first Resident Evil and i died within seconds and i had about five of the bastards chewing on my characters face, pixelated blood flying everywhere, and that some-what still unnerving "YOU ARE DEAD" message.
I was affraid to go to sleep for about three years after that and i out-right refused to play the Resident Evil games from that day onward.
I'm sure i'll try them again some day, seeing as i can play most Zombie-based games giggling like a mad-man now.

I used to be afraid of the headcrabs in Half-Life, but then Half-Life 2 came out, then the only ones I was afraid of were the poison headcrabs.
Also, just thought i'd say, Awh! how could you be affraid of Headcrabs? have you ever watched them run at you straight on? it's like they're just trying to hug you.

I am so glad I don't like horror games, but is Half-Life a semi-horror game? Well anyway I screamed my ass off at the mutant fish thing you had to kill in the water. I'm surprised I didn't see it coming: Okay, just step onto this rusty platform to get a crossbow... don't worry, you're not in the water... now step down here... SMASH. Oh god, oh god, oh god, I'm in the water, I'm gonna die, oh god, oh god...

The sound the fish made as it was going for you was the scariest thing. Sounded like a sped up version of the Jaws-theme. And it went so fast... damn you Valve, damn you!!

The (1st) swimming colossus freaked me out, I thought he was just gonna pop up and munch on me.

(or heck, anything in the water; thank youuuuuu Jaws)
Come to think of it, I was also terrified of swimming to the colossus on the big island.

Flood. The first time I've met them, I've turned the game off and haven't touched it for three months.

I still hate those bastards and skip every level that involves a large number of them.

Anything in the dark, because my imagination was so good at populating it with the most freakish of creatures.

Then I realised the most scary thing is likely to be me. Or the man in a balaclava robbing my house.

Actually, the icthyosaur-shark-things from Half Life 1 really got to me. I hate deep, murky water, and knowing that there was an alien shark trying to kill me, well...

LOL! A couple of you guys are making me feel old.
;)
The pink slime in Ghostbusters 2. My father took me to the drive-in when I was 5 or 6 to see it. When the pink slime started oozing out of the bath tub, and shit started to go all wonky, I freaked, and we had to leave.
Also, for whatever reason, I've always been terrified of that muppet with the blonde hair, no eyes, and big lips and the deep voice, in Dr. Teeth's band.

I used to be absolutely terrified of the final boss of Super Mario World. Not during the first few minutes, but after a few hits, when Bower's flying Clown Car gets "angry" and starts bouncing around. I have no idea why, but it scared the crap out of me.

Also, Andross in Star Fox 64, after destroying his exoskeleton and turning him into that weird coughing robot thing. Couldn't fight it for the longest time.

The first time you see a licker in RE2. It quickly scoots past the window as the camera angle suddenly changes to a real tight shot.

The Zombies in return to castle wolfenstein. When I was but a wee little Ninja I couldn't even get past the first part of the crypt level out of fear. I have no problems with it now though.
