....it actually is. It's an unauthorized duplication, which is against the copyright. When you buy the game, you don't actually buy the rights to the copyright.
So yes, in fact this is illegal.

From what ive heard you can still play online with the most up to date firmware
Hypothetically i could play offline on a diffrent account untill it is released, then switch to online.

Hmm I would imagine that threads like this will not be appreciated by the mods, as they are, in a sense, encouraging people to indulge in illegal activities.

It is my personal opinion that Activision deserve to have thier shit pirated to fuck due to how they treat thier consumer base, but I still don't want to see my favorite web community get in trouble over it.
