heres a link for a petition to get the ban on Mortal Kombat removed, and to introduce a R18+ rating to the Australian game ratings.

I signed that recently, thanks for sharing, others should do the same.

I myself haven't looked into it, but apparently you can buy the whole game on the PSN if you setup an account in a different region and buy a PSN points card from that region, or just use a credit card if it happens to be from there too.

I don't know if Mortal Kombat is coming out for digital distribution? If it did I would be really glad as it's easy to obtain from America that way. I would still choose a retail any day over it though.
