Agreed. Unless we're counting the ravaging gangs tearing around the Source engine. You know you've got a nice modding community when it reaches this [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source_engine] level.

Another site is www.modsonline.com, not especially the largest modding site for a single game but certainly a large modding community.
