I am normally not a person who gets addicted fast, but at this very moment, eve is eating my free time and asks for seconds.

Definately Fallout 3, without a doubt. I couldn't fucking stop. My friends got worried because I didn't even want to go out drinking... in Ireland that's a big deal :D

Other life suckers have been Oblivion and COD4 multi.
FO3 - Yes
Oblivion - Yes
COD4 - No

For me anyway...
Hmm have you tried the online multiplayer? That was when I got really addicted to it. The single player campaign was good but nowhere near as life consuming!

Tales of Symphonia quite literally has an addiction warning on it, next to the seizure warning on it. Me and a friend of mine played through this game co-op. We got hooked so hard. The entire time we were literally saying "this game's plot is fucking terrible", but we got so hooked on the game that we beat in a week of me coming over to his place at least 12 hours a day and just playing. Some nights I'd stay at his place and we wouldn't sleep just so we could play more ToS.

The other video gaming addiction I've had that is pretty fucking terrible is Pokemon. That game is the crack of the handheld industry. I've never had anything literally hidden from me by my parents when I was fucking 17 years old, that changed when I got addicted to pokemon around my finals.

Wow. I was really addicted for about a four months and for some reason the addiction just left me. I haven't been able to get into it since.

Definitely KotOR II - it took oh-so-long to get your first lightsaber, and lightsabers are oh-so-awesome that you can't stop before you get it.

The first KotOR game was a lot better though - I feigned sickness and stayed home from work to play. For me, that was pretty much the perfect gaming experience, and I can play it over and over again without ever losing interest.

WC3, more specificly DotA.

I have a hard time finding myself "addicted" to non competitive games, since i often put them down once i've killed the last boss, then plays them again after quite some time

Fallout 3, ~sighs~ that game altered my sleeping paterns beyond recognition, I went from going to sleep around eleven and getting up at seven, to going to sleep around four and getting up whenever.

Definitely the Metal Slug series. Any of them i MUST play at least once a day or else i doesnt feel right lol

Then Counter-Strike Source is definitely like a drug, no matter how many times i try and stopplaying and move on, I always find myself going back to it, that game's amazing. My computer died like a month ago, and while i was waiting on a new, more powerful one, it was really freakin hard not playing it
